3. QUAIS OS HORÁRIOS DE CHECK-IN E CHECK-OUT?
O check-in é a partir das 16:00h, e o check-out é até as 10:00h.
4. ONDE FAZER O CHECK-IN?
Os check-ins são feitos diretamente com a segurança do Windsor Hills. Nós lhe daremos todas as informações quando você fizer a reserva.
5. SÃO FORNECIDAS ROUPAS DE CAMA E BANHO? TEM LAVANDERIA?
Sim. O apartamento tem reserva de roupas de cama e banho, o que permite a lavagem das peças usadas na lavadora e secadora tamanho grande.
6. O APARTAMENTO TEM AR CONDICIONADO E AQUECIMENTO CENTRAIS?
Sim.
7. A COZINHA É TOTALMENTE EQUIPADA?
Sim. Temos fogão, microondas, refrigerador com freezer, lava louças, cafeteira, torradeira e liquidificador. Também temos utensilios de cozinha, pratos, talheres, copos etc.
8. É PERMITIDO FUMAR? E CHURRASCO NA VARANDA?
Não é permitido realizar festas e eventos, não é permitido fumar.
9. E SE ALGUMA COISA NÃO FUNCIONAR NO APARTAMENTO?
O apartamento é mantido em excelentes condições. Na hipótese remota de haver algum problema, você terá um número com o qual você poderá entrar em contato com a empresa administradora.

Check in is at 04:00 PM, and check out is at 10:00 AM.
4. WHERE DO I CHECK-IN?
Check-ins are directly at Windsor Hills gatehouse. We will give you all informations when you make a reservation.
5. ARE LINENS AND TOWELS PROVIDED? AND LAUDRY FACILITIES?
Yes. The condo has an ample supply of linen and towels, and it also has a washer, a dryer, an iron and ironing board.
6. DOES THE CONDO HAVE AIR CONDITIONING AND HEATING?
Yes
7.IS THE KITCHEN FULLY EQUIPPED?
Yes. The kitchen has a stove, a microwave, a refrigerator (with freezer), a dishwasher, a coffe maker, a blender and a toaster. It also has cooking utensils, silverware, dishes, cups etc.
8.IS SMOKING ALLOWED? AND BBQ IN THE LANAI?
No parties/events, No smoking.
9. AND IF ANYTHING DOESN´T WORK IN THE CONDO?
The condo is kept in tip top condition. In the unlikely event that there is a problem, you are provided with the phone number of our management agent´s company.
